Angry Birds Flying High!
Unless you have been living in a cave for a number of years, you will have heard of the game ‘Angry Birds.’ Angry Birds is a highly addictive game that requires good hand eye co ordination coupled with a good strategic mind. In a nut shell the type of person that has too much time on their hands or the type of person who wants a break from playing UK poker online.
The game has many different levels; each level gets progressively harder with more complex moves required. The objective of the game is attack little green pigs/icons that hide in structures. The way in which this is done is by catapulting a bird towards the structure, hoping that when the bird strikes it will hit a weak area of the structure, making the whole thing collapse. This is turn crushes the pigs making the birds victorious.
The game starts off with simple structures to overcome, with only a few pigs to attack. Many different birds are available as each level is completed. At the start, three small red birds are used to attack the first structure. Each bird is launched separately to see what damage can be caused each time. Once all the pigs have been crushed using the birds provided, the game then moves on to the next scenario. Each scenario gets a little more complex each time, until you have completed all fourteen scenarios.
After all fourteen scenarios have been completed, you will get to move on to the next level. After each level, new birds are awarded which can do different things. The birds each have different attributes that can assist in the destruction of a structure; the structures are made from glass, wood and stone, as this is the case, each bird is able to do certain things to aid with the destruction. Over time you will discover which bird can do what to maximise the destruction necessary. If you get stuck on one particular level you can have the assistance of an eagle that can clear the area of all pigs in one foul swoop, however this can only be used on an hourly basis.
Angry Birds is becoming an increasingly popular pastime and is a great way to elevate boredom.
